1. Le Président du Gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie est nommé par le Président de la Fédération de Russie avec l'accord de la Douma d'Etat.2. La proposition relative à la candidature de Président du Gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie est présentée au plus tard dans le délai de deux semaine après l'entrée en fonction du Président nouvellement élu de la Fédération de Russie, après la démission du Gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie ou encore dans le délai d'une semaine après le rejet d'une candidature par la Douma d'Etat. 3. La Douma d'Etat examine, dans le délai d'une semaine à compter de sa présentation par le Président de la Fédération de Russie, la candidature à la fonction de Président du Gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie. 4. 1. The Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation shall be appointed by the President of the Russian Federation with the consent of the State Duma.2. The proposal on the candidate to the post of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation shall be submitted not later than two weeks after a newly-elected President of the Russian Federation takes office or after the resignation of the Government of the Russian Federation or one week after the State Duma rejects the candidate. 3. The State Duma shall consider the candidate nominated by the President of the Russian Federation for the post of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation during week after the submission of the nomination. 4. 1. The monetary unit in the Russian Federation shall be the rouble. Money issue shall be carried out exclusively by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Introduction and issue of other currencies in Russia shall not be allowed.2. The protection and ensuring the stability of the rouble shall be the major task of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which it shall fulfil independently of the other bodies of state authority. 3. The system of taxes paid to the federal budget and the general principles of taxation and dues in the Russian Federation shall be fixed by the federal law. 4. 1. La Douma d'Etat peut être dissoute par le Président de la Fédération de Russie dans les cas prévus aux articles 111 et 117 de la Constitution de la Fédération de Russie.2. En cas de dissolution de la Douma d'Etat, le Président de la Fédération de Russie fixe la date des élections afin que la Douma d'Etat nouvellement élue se réunisse au plus tard quatre mois à compter du moment de la dissolution. 3. La Douma d'Etat ne peut être dissoute dans l'année qui suit son élection pour les motifs prévus à l'article 117 de la Constitution de la Fédération de Russie. 4. 1. The State Duma may be dissolved by the President of the Russian Federation in cases envisaged in Articles 111 and 117 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.2. In case the State Duma is dissolved, the President of the Russian Federation shall appoint the date of election so that a newly-elected State Duma could meet not later than four months since the moment of dissolution. 3. The State Duma may not be dissolved on the grounds envisaged in Article 117 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation during a year after it was elected. 4. The State Duma may not be dissolved from the moment it advances charges against the President of the Russian Federation until the Council of the Federation adopts a decision on the issue. 5. 1. Den Vorsitzenden der Regierung der Rußländischen Föderation ernennt der Präsident der Rußländischen Föderation mit Zustimmung der Staatsduma.2. Der Kandidatenvorschlag für das Amt des Vorsitzenden der Regierung der Rußländischen Föderation wird spätestens zwei Wochen nach Amtsantritt des neu gewählten Präsidenten der Rußländischen Föderation oder nach Rücktritt der Regierung der Rußländischen Föderation oder binnen einer Woche ab dem Tage der Ablehnung einer Kandidatur durch die Staatsduma eingebracht. 3. Die Staatsduma erörtert die vom Präsidenten der Rußländischen Föderation vorgeschlagene Kandidatur für das Amt des Vorsitzenden der Regierung der Rußländischen Föderation binnen einer Woche nach Einbringung des Kandidatenvorschlags. 4. 1. Die Staatsduma kann in den Fällen, die in den Artikeln 111 und 117 der Verfassung der Rußländischen Föderation vorgesehen sind, vom Präsidenten der Rußländischen Föderation aufgelöst werden.2. Im Fall der Auflösung der Staatsduma bestimmt der Präsident der Rußländischen Föderation das Datum für Neuwahlen so, daß die neu gewählte Staatsduma spätestens vier Monate nach der Auflösung zusammentritt. 3. Die Staatsduma kann innerhalb des ersten Jahres nach ihrer Wahl nicht aus den in Artikel 117 der Verfassung der Rußländischen Föderation vorgesehenen Gründen aufgelöst werden. 4. Die Staatsduma kann vom Zeitpunkt, in dem sie Anklage gegen den Präsidenten der Rußländischen Föderation erhoben hat, bis zur Verabschiedung einer entsprechenden Entscheidung durch den Bundesrat nicht aufgelöst werden. 5.
